Alex Edris
Administrator

Alex Edris joined our team in September 2014. Alex is from Carthage, IL and graduated from Western Illinois University with a major in Health Service Management. Before coming to Monroe City Manor Care Center, Alex worked at Salt River Community Care in Shelbina, MO as the Administrative Assistant. She is already bringing many new and fresh ideas to our facility along with her experience, and we cannot wait to see what the future holds with her as part of our team. 539


 

Brittany Hancock
Director of Nursing

Brittany Hancock RN, joined our team in October 2014. She comes to us with experience in long term care and acute care nursing. She will be working to keep all communication open between all members of the healthcare team to ensure the best care for our residents. Brittany is up to date on the best nursing practices to ensure the residents are getting the best quality care. Brittany greets the residents, staff and visitors with a friendly and welcoming smile as well as a positive attitude. Brittany's goal is to ensure every resident receives excellent care during their stay at Monroe City Manor. 575

Mary Spargue, Bookeeper
Bookeeper

Mary Sprague, Bookkeeper, has joined our team as bookkeeper in April 2013. She has experience in the bookkeeping field and has extensive knowledge handling all areas of finances with the manor including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, billing, and numerous other tasks. 538


 

Lacy Seward, SSD
Social Service Designee

Lacy Seward, Social Service Designee, joined our team in April 2013. She comes with an extensive background in healthcare office positions as well as degrees in psychology and sociology. Lacy has received her certification in Social Service . She coordinates all admission inquiries into the home and handles numerous areas of the residents’ care including care plans, appointments, and discharges. 543


 

Cindy Miller, AD
Activity Director

Cindy Miller, Activites Director, has been with the manor since 2000. She started out as a cook in the Dietary Department for a number of years and also worked in our Laundry Department for the past several years. She took over in November 2012 in our Activities Department and has been very active in seeking new activities for our residents to enjoy on a daily basis. 544


 

Terry Hathaway
Dietary Supervisor

Terry Hathaway, Dietary Supervisor, has been with the facility since 2007. She has an extensive history in the healthcare nutrition business. Terry recently implemented our restaurant style dining with extended meal times to give the residents more choices of when to dine and what they choose at mealtime. She is a member of our Care Plan team and enjoys working with the other team members to further maintain the resident’s overall nutritional health. 545


 

Vonda Trivette
Environmental Supervisor Director

Vonda has been an employee of the manor since 1987. She is a very dedicated employee and does a wonderful job overseeing both housekeeping, laundry and maintenance departments. Vonda makes sure resident's clothes are cleaned and returned to their room in a timely fashion and their rooms are clean and in tip top shape. 547


 

Ron Gamble
Maintenance Supervisor

Ron Gamble is our new maintenance supervisor since September 9, 2014. Ron has been doing maintenance for the last 20 years. He is a great asset to our team. The residents love him. Ron is married and has two children. He is a very proud grandfather of three girls. In Ron's spare time he likes to hunt and fish. 549


 

Jacki Potterfield, RN
MDS Care Plan Coordinator

Jacki Potterfield, RN, is our MDS Care Plan Coordinator and has worked in this facility since 2008. She has an extensive history of performing nursing assessments and has embraced her role as MDS Coordinator further by implementing our Care Givers Program (See Services Page) to further capture Medicare days for our residents. Jacki is an asset to this home as well as a familiar, hometown person that is always looking out for the best for our residents. 551


 

 
Receptionist

Rae Grant, Receptionist, has worked here since 2004. She started out in the Housekeeping department and since 2008 was promoted to the Receptionist position. Her most important job duty is probably meeting the public which she does with a smile and a friendly attitude on a daily basis. She runs the office smoothly and is often found giving assistance to the residents and staff. 560
